What to expect

We train our clients like athletes, and care for their bodies the same way.  

Mobility: Easy movements to increase flexibility and blood flow.

 

Phase:1 Dynamic movements to prepare the body for the workout.

Phase 2: Cardio and plyometric  exercises that last between 20-30 seconds and repeat for 2-3 rounds.

Phase 3: Strength exercises using body weight and dumbbells.  Each class is created based on the clients that are registered.

Stretch and Meditation: Cool down yoga style movement followed by a chance to pick a Tarot Card and settle into your space for meditation.

You will stretch, sweat, relax, and learn new ways to move your body better.
